Design City Kolding is a new neighbourhood in Kolding, which focuses on sustainability, new forms of cooperation and innovation through design. Design City Kolding offers interested tenants and investors a range of attractive sites in an optimal location. On the sites, exciting, varied and modern architecture can be erected, which focuses especially on sustainability and design.

The area
The area lies very close to the middle of Kolding, located in the centre of Denmark with good transport connections. Design City Kolding is bordered by Skamlingsvejen to the south, Østerbrogade to the west, Kolding Åpark, a green area, to the north and a natural area to the east. This natural area connects Design City Kolding to Kolding Fjord.

The ground area is in all 45,500 square metres, and 90,585 square metres of floor space can be erected.
