Flexibility, sustainability and exciting architecture make up the focal point of The Cliff, which will be the next building in Design City Kolding

A special feature of the building is the green roof, combined with roof terraces and fields of solar cells. From the roof terraces there is access to the outside from all floors. The facade will have different heights and windows of varying shapes giving a vivid expression.

Flexibility all the way
Flexibility has been thought of throughout the entire building. It is designed as an office building with a ground plan which will accommodate shops and
a main entrance to the common atrium, which runs throughout the building.The building rises to the west, the side from which the tenants will arrive.
The offices are located around a common atrium and each floor has access to a roof terrace with a view over Square 2. There is access to a common roof terrace as well.

The facade, floor plans and technical installations are all designed with the highest flexibility possible. The individual floors are divided by light partition walls and hence usable for one or more leases. The large, open work areas (column-free) are easily transformed.

Sustainable office building
The green roof is oriented southwards and equipped with solar panels. Lots of sunlight is let into the building. Roof terraces are placed on all floors giving easy access to the numerous outdoor areas, light and air.
